First let’s talk about IconCMO and the new operating system from Microsoft called Windows 10. IconCMO works on this operating system provided you have an Internet browser like Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. These should be updated to the latest update to fix security and other issues. Because IconCMO is a web application, operating systems have no effect on the functionality of IconCMO.
Now for any that may be struggling with Windows 10 here is a website that may help you. Keep in mind that when troubleshooting errors that come up with any operating system, hardware, or software, it’s important to always write down the error verbatim. Then do a Google search for that error. You probably will only have to put in the first few words, before finding information on it. With error codes it is important to use those in your search verbatim. Also keep in mind that Windows 10 is having updates practically every day, so it’s wise to check the updates first and download them if needed.
As always, when new operating systems are released it takes time to work things out. A fix for a particular issue may not be available right away but eventually Windows or the software/hardware provider will fix it. Like the old saying goes – patience is a virtue. 🙂 The good thing is IconCMO doesn’t suffer from these issues provided that the Internet browsers are working.
